📦When you receive your gorgeous items, you have three (3) business days to report any damaged or missing pieces. So open that pink package on arrival!! While opening necklaces, be careful of the staple in the inner package. If a defect has not been reported within three (3) business days of the delivery date, the merchandise will not be eligible for return.
